2024 Parent Contributions

 

Dear Parent/Carer/Guardian,

 

Lyndhurst Primary School is looking forward to another great year of teaching and learning and would like to advise you of Lyndhurst Primary School voluntary financial contributions for Years Prep-6 2024. Victorian government schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard Victorian curriculum.

 

Lyndhurst Primary School has an outstanding reputation as one of the best primary schools in Casey. This is due to the dedication and professionalism of our staff, the cohesion of our parents, carers and community, and the provision of an enviable educational offering above and beyond that of many other schools.

The only reason Lyndhurst Primary School can offer these additional programs and resources, which are so beneficial to students, is because of the annual contributions made by you, our families. Whilst government funding barely covers the fulfilment of the standard Victorian curriculum, it is your contributions that enable the provision and continuation of the many programs and offerings that make

 

Lyndhurst Primary School a stand-out experience for students. Your support ensures the continuation of important and innovative programs such as:

• world class digital and classroom resources and fully serviced technical support.

• extensive play-based learning resources

• outstanding digital resources such as 3D printers and video and audio production facilities

• a trained Level 3 advanced first aid carer for your children

• online learning support programs

• our Maker Space creative technology program

• the comprehensive Kitchen Garden and Forest School programs

• a dedicated student well-being team

• additional resources and equipment to enhance our specialist programs.

• a well-being network through our relationship with The Resilience Project

• the Human Powered Vehicles program

• comprehensive music instrumental and Musical Futures programs

• outstanding buildings, grounds, and facilities

 

Quite simply, without your contributions, these, and other initiatives, are not possible.

 

School Council has approved the Parent Payment arrangements for 2024 here. Our preferred payment method is through Compass.
