Acknowledgement of Country

We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our school stands, the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation.

We pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and we honour their deep and ongoing connection to this land, especially the wetlands, waterways, trees, and skies that surround us here in Lyndhurst.

This is a place where the Cormorant birds spread their wings, resting and rising from the water — just like our students, who learn, grow, and ‘take flight’ each day.

We are grateful to learn and play on this Country, and we commit to walking together with respect, care and curiosity for the land, the people, and the stories that came long before us.
