On Monday 03/08/2020 the Premier released a statement on business restrictions covered under the new Stage 4 Restrictions. (https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/updates/coronavirus-covid-19/premiers-statement-business-restrictions)
It states that on-site supervision will be available for Prep - 10 students in the following categories, based on revised criteria:
children whose parents work in one of the defined essential continuing industries
vulnerable children including:
children in out-of-home care
children deemed by Child Protection and/or Family Services to be at risk of harm
children identified by the school as vulnerable (including via referral from a family violence agency, homelessness or youth justice service or mental health or other health services).
children with a disability who also fit one of the above two categories, or where the family is experiencing severe stress.
As such, we have put in place more stringent criteria for parents wanting to access our onsite learning supervision. Both parents must provide a copy of their Permitted Worker Permit from their employer indicating that they are a Permitted Worker and are required to work onsite at their workplace during school supervision hours.
If you fall into the Permitted Worker category and have no other means of care for your child, please fill in the online registration form each week and also supply a copy of your Permitted Worker Permit to
